They are doing this through design and user experience to create a more recognisable system that can be used by marketers for all different purposes.

MaiChimp have decided to change their logo, watermark, colours, imagery and typeface, as well as now having a lowercase ‘c’ – to Mailchimp.

To get step-by-step help on Mailchimp, you can now find support articles in the Resources menu, meaning it’s easier for customers to find help with any issues or questions. Their aim is to be an inspiration to smaller businesses, showing them that taking risks and being unique is always a positive.

The new brand changes to Mailchimp are great for their brand and help to reflect what they have grown into, also taking into consideration the changes in the Digital World. However, they also want to reassure it’s customers that everything inside their accounts will mostly be the same, meaning that you can still make your email marketing campaigns successful.
