A Birmingham PPC marketing agency has kicked of 2025 with a sporting start by acquiring a top tier Championship club – and Premier League hopefuls (fingers crossed) – Burnley FC as a client!

For a digital marketing agency in the heart of the midlands, a formal partnership within the opportunity-rich football sphere marked yet another milestone for the team who just a year ago was another in a line of Birmingham businesses looking to make a name for themselves. Now, with an international arm and blossoming new business prospects, Siren’s PPC marketing team can pat themselves on the back for yet another goal in 2025.

The acquisition process was exciting, affirming and testament to the expertise and technical innovation of the Siren team who pitched an omni-channel solution to increase ticket sales, merchandise revenue and hospitality bookings. The first 90 days of any onboarding process are absolutely critical but for Siren’s paid team, the process was muscle memory and the results came quickly!

Three months in and the results were huge. 

Retail conversions increased year on year by 103% and ROAS rocketed by more than 600%, supporting retail sales and breaking records. In the opening minutes of Siren’s Championship experience, Burnley FC had recorded its strongest ever sales period!

In another calculated move, Siren’s paid team targeted Burnley’s hospitality sector with the aim of driving up bookings. It was a job tackled by Nero, James and Steven whose combined experience quickly saw Burnley’s hospitality ads gain more than two and a half thousands engagements, resulting in the highest number of covers at Burnley in almost two years!
