BBC GCSE Chatbot – Technology That Helps

Today is GCSE results day, and whilst it can seem like a lifetime ago for many of us, I’m sure we can all agree that it was a scary and nerve-wracking time for our then-16 year old selves.

But the BBC have come up with a new, interactive chatbot on their website, that aims to help both parents and students alike to make sense of their GCSE grades.

Check out the Chatbot here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-45261161

The technological world has seen a rise in website Chatbots, as users are constantly seeking instant answers to their questions. And whilst Chatbots are great for customer service for e-commerce organisations, they also come in handy for informative sites such as the BBC as it shows authority – and helps to build their ‘On hand helpful’ reputation.

We think this new chatbot is a great idea, we would love to know your thoughts too!
